Rangers goalie Kevin Klein’s new paint-sprayer rental deal is a success

Rangers goaltender Kevin Klein has signed a new paint sprayers rental deal with his paint company, after a successful run in San Antonio, where he was the only goalie to win the Triple Crown of the AHL.

Klein’s contract is for four years and includes an option for another four.

Klein, a 22-year-old rookie from San Antonio (Texas) Stars, will be the only goaltenders starting in the AHL to wear the new paint and sprayer, which is manufactured by The Painter Company.

“Kevin is an amazing person and has helped us out immensely,” said Kevin Klein, the Rangers goalie who has been playing in San Francisco since April.

“He’s a professional who’s going to help us out.”

Klein’s first NHL stop will be in San Jose on Saturday when the Sharks take on the Avalanche at SAP Center.

Klein is scheduled to start his first game in San Diego on Wednesday against the Ducks.

The goalie’s first season with The Painter was in 2012-13, when he went 8-4-1 with a 2.33 goals-against average and .924 save percentage.

“I have a great relationship with my coach, Coach Pouliot,” Klein said.

“We have a good relationship, and I’m really excited about it.”

The Rangers have been working with the paint company since the start of the season and have had several meetings with Klein about his paint and paint-related career.

The paint company says the paint spray has helped the Rangers out in various areas of their lives.

We have been very consistent with our customers over the years, and we’ve always done a great job.””
